For me, leadership means trust, courage and real presence.

Today I work with leaders and teams as an executive coach through demanding phases, personal development and change. My years of leadership experience in the international energy industry still shape that work. Alongside it I work as a consultant in the energy sector and support people in newplacement as they find a new direction.

A few years ago life forced me to stop. That experience changed how I look at leadership, responsibility and personal development. Owl and Fire grew out of it.

Standards

Credentials and professional standards

Training and supervision: IMD Executive Coaching Certificate (IECC); Assessed client work, ethics and supervision. Focus areas: secure base leadership, the BEATS model, systemic and humanistic approaches. Ongoing supervision and peer learning circles.
Accreditation: EMCC EIA, in progress; European Individual Accreditation. Portfolio and supervision reflections are in progress.
Ethics and confidentiality: EMCC Global Code of Ethics; Confidentiality is agreed in writing before we start, with clearly named exceptions for legal obligation or serious risk.
Data protection: GDPR and Swiss revFADP; Processing with fixed retention and deletion periods.
