Questions and answers
What you want to know before the first call
How an engagement runs, what it costs, how confidentiality is handled and how progress becomes visible.
Book a chemistry callGetting started
How the first contact works and what you need for it.
What happens in a chemistry call?
A 30-minute video or phone call. We look at your goals, at how I work and at whether we are a fit. No preparation needed, just bring your current challenge or your desired outcome.
Working together and logistics
Scope, language and location of the sessions, plus fees and cancellations.
How does a typical coaching engagement look?
Most clients start with six to eight sessions of 45 to 60 minutes, bi-weekly or monthly. We set goals up front, review progress regularly and adapt as needed.
Do you coach in English or German? Where do sessions take place?
I coach in English, German and Spanish, online or in Zurich. Walking sessions in Zurich are possible on request.
How do fees, invoicing and corporate sponsorship work?
I provide invoices for individuals and for companies, and corporate sponsorship is common. Fees and packages are agreed in writing before we start, including currency and VAT where applicable.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please give 24 to 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may be charged. If something urgent happens, we will look for a fair solution.
Approach and boundaries
Where coaching helps and where another kind of support fits.
How is coaching different from therapy, mentoring or consulting?
Coaching focuses on your goals and future actions, it is non-clinical and non-directive. Therapy addresses mental health and past patterns. Mentoring and consulting provide expertise and answers. In coaching you remain the expert on your context.
Ethics and privacy
What stays confidential and how your data is handled.
Is it confidential? How is my data handled?
Yes. Sessions are confidential under our written agreement, with exceptions only for legal obligations or imminent risk. Data handling follows GDPR and the Swiss FADP (revDSG) with clear retention and deletion rules.
Credentials and professional standards
Training, supervision and the code of ethics I follow.
What are your credentials and professional standards?
I hold the IMD Executive Coaching Certificate and work under regular supervision. EMCC EIA accreditation is in progress, and I align with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
Outcomes and impact
How progress becomes visible and how we review it.
What outcomes can I expect?
Greater clarity, better decisions and a stronger leadership presence. I will challenge you with care, in the spirit of Owl & Fire, and translate insight into concrete next steps. No generic advice.
How do we measure progress and ROI?
We define success metrics at the start, for example decision quality, stakeholder feedback, confidence or specific behaviours. We check in every two to three sessions and close with a short impact review.
