1. Services

We provide professional coaching sessions in person in Zurich, Switzerland, and online. Coaching is a process of personal development, reflection and goal setting. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial or legal advice.

2. Booking and payment

Coaching sessions can be booked via our website or directly by email.
Fees are communicated in advance and are payable through the agreed payment methods, for example bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or non-attendance, are charged at 100 percent of the agreed fee.
In case of emergencies or illness, exceptions may be made at our discretion.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information and content shared during coaching sessions are treated as strictly confidential.
We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Client responsibility

Coaching requires your active participation, honesty and commitment.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions and results arising from the coaching process.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Coaching does not replace medical, psychological or legal advice. If in doubt, seek professional help from a licensed expert.

7. Data protection

Your personal data is handled according to our privacy policy, which complies with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
