Training

IMD Executive Coaching Certificate (IECC): Completed; IMD, Lausanne. Practice-intensive programme with assessed client work, ethics and supervision. Focus areas: executive presence, secure base leadership, systems and humanistic lenses, reflective practice.
EMCC EIA, European Individual Accreditation: In progress; The portfolio is in preparation and covers practice hours, supervision, CPD and client evidence. Documentation and supervision reflections are underway.

Practice

I align with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics and maintain strict confidentiality with clear contracting. I work under regular coaching supervision.
