My story
True growth happens where clarity meets courage.
My own journey has been shaped by deep lows and by big highs. It taught me resilience and humility, and it showed me what transformation can do.
Leading Deal-to-Cash Operations in the energy industry taught me how to take teams through complex transformations and international challenges. That experience sits at the table in every conversation.
Today I work with leaders and teams through demanding phases, personal development and change. Alongside it I work as a consultant in the energy sector and support people in newplacement as they find a new direction.

Why Owl & Fire
During a retreat in Senegal the owl became my symbol: wisdom, inner clarity and a view that reaches further.
The fire stands for energy, for transformation and for the spark that drives us to act. Together, owl and fire describe how I coach: grounded presence and energy for change.
